HAPPEN general membership meetings are usually the second Wednesday of the month, from 1:00 to 2:00 pm, via Zoom. All are welcome!

• Increasing Employment Opportunities Report - presented by Thanh Tran, HAPPEN Co-chair, to share Washington state government recruitment data showing hiring trends disaggregated by various ethnic groups. The data shows disparate outcomes impacting ANHPI job applicants statewide. This disparity connects directly to HAPPEN's mission is to increase representation in leadership and general state employment and advocating for policies that promote anti-racism, equity, inclusion, diversity, and belonging in the workplace.
